My overall experience with AuNOVA was excellent. they told me ahead of time when they would come and were always on time. They were knowledgeable and very kind. I would definitely choose AuNOVA again if needed.

One time when the therapist came, I was without electric and my phone wouldn't work. She used her phone to call the electric company to report the outage. She even called my granddaughter who came to get me for the night because the electric company said i would be without electric for 6 to 7 hours. It was almost 6:00 p.m. and she stayed with me until my granddaughter arrived. I thought that was really nice of her to do that for me.

I received excellent care from the nurse, physical therapist and personal care aide. HIghlights: Jenn [my nurse] caught that I was in A-Fib. If it hadn't been for her i would not have known as I had no symptoms. Kristine [my physical therapist] was excellent in explaining how to determine weight-bearing status.

The staff from AuNOVA have been great...we are very pleased with their service. The nurse, physical therapists, and bath aide have been a great help with my husband, Richard. He is 90 years old and he really likes everyone that cares for him!
